Understanding Delivery Support

Delivery Support focuses on pickup preparation, with work that can also involve loading assistance and delivery scheduling. The goal is to deliver the specific delivery support tasks agreed for the property or project, rather than a generic package. The exact activities depend on the site and the services selected.

Typical work may include pickup preparation, loading assistance, delivery scheduling, unloading at destination and delivery confirmation coordination. We confirm the precise scope, access arrangements, equipment needs and any safety limitations before scheduling.
